Banana is one of the best useful fruits which is helpful for an ideal diet. Bananas are loaded with potassium, and researchers state that adding potassium. The banana diet is not as extreme as most people may think and it is definitely about eating only bananas. Bananas are good workout fuel. One pound per week is a fairly healthy rate for weight loss.
