Evening snacking is one of the biggest contributors to weight gain. Ceasing to eat after 8 p.m. alone might be enough to drop all those pesky pounds.In the morning you are advised to eat bananas with room temperature water until you are satisfied but not overly full.The diet is cheap,and there is no cleanup or cooking for breakfast.
