Being a total girl I still like to figure out how much exercise to lose one pound, so obviously I do a lot of LITTLE lifting. I do light lifting about 4 or 5 times a week. Mostly weights to make my stomach shrink.

I have never done any weight training and want to continue with the normal trend of walking, I prefer the main exercise and other good and never any other type of weight lifting.

I am not doing these kind of exercises because my body can't afford that. I am doing walking, cycling early in the morning. Its good for my health.
